ITI Pass
ITI Trades - Turner, Fitter, Plastic Moulding Operator's And Welder
No of Vacancy- 100
Stipend: 11000 for ITI Naps / Neem Trainees.
+ 1200 Fixed Incentives for one Hour over time.
+500 attendance Award for 26 days regular working
Night Shift allowances 200
Total - 12900 for 9 hours working.
After 2 months Training attendance n performance award:250 / Rs increment in Stipend
After 2 months 250/- Rs increase if his attendance + performance.
After 2 months 500 Rs increase directly if attendance + performance is good.
So after six months, Trainees get in hand 13900 for 9 hours working.
Rest increment will be done as per his performance.
12th Pass: 10000
Fix Incentive:1200. For 1 hour overtime per day
500 rs attendance award
Night ALLOWANCE:200/
After 2 months 200 rs increase if attendance + performance is good.
After 2 months 200 rs increase if performance were good + attendance.
+After 2 months again 400 rs increase
So total in hand trainee will get - 12700/-
